Provided 100% traveling network engineering upgrade support for the FBI throughout the United States. Installed Cisco IOS and configured Cisco routers and switches, as well as TACLANE encryption devices to ensure high availability and secure communications of the FBIs unclassified and classified network. Coordinated with local carriers and FBI personnel to perform “hot-cuts” of circuits to execute upgrades.
- Provided minimal downtime for FBI personnel during cutovers ensuring a high success rate on over 60 offices throughout the US.

Designed and built the US Navy’s Inter-American Naval Telecommunication Network (IANTN) at USSOUTHCOM. This network extends from Miami, FL to 15 South and Central American countries within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Focus. Managed team members who traveled to multiple countries to install information systems equipment at the host nation’s military base. As well, performed site survey services for Osan Air Base in Osan, South Korea for feasibility testing of Aruba Networks wireless networking infrastructure.
- Designed the IANTN network to be scalable which is now implemented on US Navy ships throughout the world.
- Developed System Installation Plans (SIPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Engineering Design Plans (EDPs), Systems Acceptance Tests (SAT), and Functional Test Plans.
- Completed the IANTN project ahead of schedule and below budget.
- Tasked to design and execute two (2) multi-functional Emergency Command Post vehicles for Port Authority New York/New Jersey integrating satellite communications, wireless networking, and tactical RF systems.

Technical control supervisor for the USS Shreveport’s radio room. Provided non-secure and secure UHF, VHF, HF, and SATCOM voice communications for Naval and Marine ship, land, and air forces. Developed pre-deployment circuit plans, cutover planning, and cryptographic change planning. Managed the sailors within the division and coordinated watch schedules and functions.
